TFTD: Yesterday was a sad day for democracy in Kazahstan. A combination of (alleged) poll-rigging, weak opposition and constitutional laws lead to president Nazarbayev's Nur-Otan party securing 100% of the parliamentary seats, guaranteeing him a free ride with unchallenged policies until 2012.
Q: Although the proposed caliphate will not have a legislative assembly, how can such anomalous results be avoided in the formation of the consultative assembly?
